TankPro features
Everything between the first phone call and the paid invoice.
Keep the customer, service address, systems, route, field result, documents, invoice, and balance in one septic-office record. The office stays in control. The driver gets only the work in front of them.
Working in TankPro now
Real records, original files, counted migration, and complete company exports.
Company-wide plan
Every office user, driver, and truck is included.
Switch without guessing
We count the source, review exceptions with you, and prove one route before cutover.
The whole office
One system for the records people ask for all day.
Find the record by customer name or property address. The customer, property, septic system, job, route, service record, document, invoice, and payment remain connected.
Customer book
Customer, property, and system records
Find the property while the customer is on the phone. Keep current contacts, property owners, billing responsibility, access notes, tank details, prior work, next-due dates, and balances in the right place.
Several properties per customer. Several systems per property.
Office schedule
Due service, routes, crews, and equipment
Record the callback, prepare the work, assign the route, truck, people, and equipment, and preserve every revision.
Capacity, disposal, weather, road, excavation, permit, staffing, and equipment holds stay visible.
Driver work
A short route and a complete closeout
The driver sees the assigned address, system, access facts, office note, and required closeout—not the customer book or private billing work.
Pumping, inspection, repair, installation, cleaning, and emergency work each keep the facts that matter.
Property documents
Original Title 5 records stay intact
Upload the original PDF once. Open it, download it, print it, email it, replace it without erasing history, and keep later water tests or completion evidence in the same packet.
Packet requirements and legal holds are explicit.
Billing
Price book to payment
Apply the standard price, record an authorized override, send the branded invoice with a secure payment link, and keep the open balance and aging current.
Accept cards and ACH through Stripe, keep cards on file for authorized future charges, and record cash or check. Stripe processing fees pass through at its published rate; TankPro adds no payment markup.
Switching
Counted migration and a complete way out
We upload the agreed CSV, compare the totals, match customers to properties and service records, show duplicate records, and get your approval before import.
The company admin can export records, relationships, CSV, JSON, original files, and checksums in one ZIP.
One property
The property history survives the customer.
Owners change. Tenants move. The systems, access facts, service work, permits, inspection reports, and repair history remain with the property.
Current customer and billing responsibility remain explicit.
Prior relationships do not leak private customer data.
Every system retains its own capacity, location, work, and documents.
What the office can answer
When was it last serviced?
Open the permanent service record with gallons, result, manifest, and original field note.
Where is the cover?
Keep system and access facts at the address instead of in a driver’s memory.
Do we have the Title 5?
Open the intact original and see whether related documents are still required.
Who owes the balance?
Keep the billing account separate from the physical site and current property owner.
Route to office review
Record the work once.
The closeout is not a note that someone retypes later. An accepted field result creates the durable service record and the office work that follows.
01
Plan with real constraints.
Assign the route, people, truck, equipment, gallons, disposal plan, and any hold the office must resolve.
02
Close the actual service.
Capture the evidence for pumping, inspection, repair, installation, cleaning, or emergency work—including several loads when needed.
03
Give the office complete work.
Review service history, compliance, customer follow-up, town work, and the draft invoice without rebuilding the stop from paper.
Clear records
The status says what actually happened.
TankPro distinguishes a payment or town filing recorded by your office from one completed by an outside provider.
Payments match the method.
Accept card and ACH payments through Stripe, save cards securely for authorized future charges, and record cash or check. TankPro adds no markup to Stripe processing fees.
Routes show the office plan.
The screen preserves the assigned route, truck, driver, stops, capacity, revisions, and holds without presenting the plan as live truck tracking.
Town work needs evidence.
The office can preserve the rule, fee, deadline, submission method, and filing evidence without marking an unfiled form complete.
